Cous Cous w/ Gemüse(Vegetable) Broth – 2 servings

78ml Gemüse Broth

80g Whole-wheat Cous Cous

1. Bring broth to a boil over high heat in a small pot.

2. Add cous cous, return to a simmer.

3. Cover, remove from heat and let stand until the water is absorbed, about 5 minutes.  Fluff with a fork and serve.

 

Grilled Zucchini, Mini Tomato and Mushrooms

Skewer the vegetables and then set on wrapped foil.

Sprinkle with Garlic infused Olive Oil

Pommes Frites Gewurzsalz (French fry seasoning salt mix) sprinkled on top

Wrap foil closed and then set on grill to cook.
